“This Side of Me is all about self-reflection. It’s about feeling trapped by a version of yourself that you hate, but also acknowledging those same parts of yourself, and wanting to make changes to become the person you truly want to be.” - Strife Magazine

This Pop-Rock act hailing from Orange County, formed in 2019, has just released another brand-new single: “This Side of Me.” This pop-centric track sheds light onto wanting to break free from the worst version of yourself, in order to truly be free and wholly yourself again.

This song is a contrast to their previous single, "I.L.Y.M.T.H.I.M." (short for "I Love You More Than I Hate Myself"), an energetic anthem that pairs a vulnerable yet powerful message with captivating and infectious melodies. Both “This Side of Me” and "I.L.Y.M.T.H.I.M." prove just how Promotive continues to strive to use their music to uplift and inspire audiences worldwide.

Having previously toured the West Coast with regional and international acts (such as Boys Like Girls, Sad Park, Calling All Captains, and Heart to Gold) Promotive has currently sights for the East Coast and beyond in 2024.
